The Fall season holds many meanings – it's a time of abundance, harvest, and maturity, but also of change and letting go. We're already starting to see leaves turn color in the Swirl Garden, and soon they'll 'fall' from the trees! 

And as the weather cools and people retreat indoors before the bustle of holiday gatherings, it's a great time to reflect and look inward as well. What accomplishments, big or small, can you appreciate? Is there anything you should let go of? Or maybe it's time to find a new kind of balance – during the autumnal equinox night and day become equal in length. 

Whatever you do or think about, we hope you'll spend a little extra time doing things that bring you joy and help you recharge!
